Testing in the form of pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, random, post-accident, follow-up, and return-to-duty are performed with the highest regard for accuracy, professionalism and client sensitivity. Collection procedures are conducted in accordance with chain of custody guidelines. In addition to collection services, Medical Review Officer, policy development, supervisory training and substance abuse professional services (EAP, SAP) are offered.
